Can I visit the space?
Yes, you just need to book the day and time you want to visit the space.
Schedule the meeting via email or phone.
Can I get a free trial?
No, however you can buy a day pass and, if you wish to continue with us, this amount is later deducted from the monthly fee.
What kind of companies and professionals are here at Coworking4400?
In our space you can find companies and professionals from the most diverse areas. A great way to expand your network contacts!
What's included in the price?
A mensalidade inclui a tua secretária fixa (ou escritório privado), limpeza, wifi, acesso de 8h/mês de salas de reunião, acesso às zonas comuns: cozinha, lounge, wc e rooftop.
The monthly fee includes your office or desk, daily cleaning, internet, access to meeting room, kitchen, lounge area.
What is the duration of the contract?
Our contracts are monthly or semi-annual.
Private office requires a minimum 6-month contract.
We also have more flexible plans, such as daily or weekly, for those who only need to work a few days.
What's included in the gym membership?
In partnership with Gaia Sport Center, located in the same building, you can access the 2 times a week card. This includes access to all gym services.

How do you guarantee the safety of the space?
The building has 24-hour security.
Access to the space is via an electronic card.
As well as a CCTV video surveillance system, inside the space.
Can I bring my own office material?
Yes, you can bring you're monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc.
The space is yours and you can decorate as you wish.
Do i have to wait till the beginning of the month to start working?
No, you can enter at any time. We will make the adjustment depending on the day you enter.
Can I get a discount for multiple members of the same company?
Yes, depending on the number of employees. Get in touch with us for more information.
